We know life happens. That’s why House Call The App makes rescheduling simple and flexible. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can reschedule your appointment.
When You Want to Reschedule an Upcoming Appointment
If your schedule changes, you can reschedule your Upcoming appointment with that same Provider.
How to Reschedule
Step 1: Find your appointment
- Go to Calendar View > Upcoming Tab, or
- From the Home Screen > Upcoming Section.
Step 2: Open the appointment
- Tap the appointment card to view the details.
Step 3: Start rescheduling
- Tap Reschedule Appointment.
- Browse available slots with the same Provider.
- Pick a new date and time, then confirm.
Step 4: Confirmation
- Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification, and your appointment will display in the upcoming tab.
- Click on the appointment details at any time to chat with your provider.

You can always reschedule from:
- Calendar View > Upcoming Tab
- Home Screen > Upcoming Section
- Appointment Details Page
