2. House call services background
With respect to our services related to house call, we act as a technology provider that enables individuals seeking specified health and wellness-related services to directly connect with independent providers of those services (“ providers ”) for the scheduling and management of (including direct payment to providers for) such services.
We have no affiliation with any providers, do not endorse or provide recommendations to any providers, and only provide the technology platform that connects independent providers with customers searching for services they offer.
When you make certain information available through our services to a provider, or upon receiving the healthcare services from the provider, certain information may be provided to the provider and we have no control over how such information may be processed. please take caution when directly providing personal information to providers.
3. What type of information do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with our websites and services, the nature of our communications, and how we may interact with certain third party partners, the following pieces of your information may be collected:
- Basic identifying information. Information you provide when you sign-up for an account for our services such as your full name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, account name, username, and other similar identifiers.
- Profile information. Information including your areas of expertise, personal biographic information and geographic area/region.

- Payment information. - User content. Information such as your communications with us and any other content you provide through the services, photos, survey responses, comments, provider reviews, testimonials, and other content.
- Inferences. Information such as inferences drawn from or created based on the information identified above.

8. SMS MESSAGING PROVIDERS
We use the service provider Twilio for its programmable communication tool to send and receive text messages and to perform other communication functions using Twilio’s web service APIs. We will only use your telephone number and share it with our third-party service providers like Twilio if you have provided us with the requisite consent under applicable law. We do not share your telephone number with any third parties for such third party’s own business or marketing uses.

We use stripe, inc. as our payment processor to handle all payment transactions. when you engage a provider and make a payment through our services, your payment information is processed by stripe. stripe’s privacy policy (linked below) explains how and for what purposes it collects, uses, retains, discloses, and safeguards any personal data you provide to stripe as part of a transaction.

10. Analytics and advertising
