Yes! You can select your preferred provider each time you book. Found someone you love? Add them to your favorites so they’re easy to find next time.

Providers set their own rates, so pricing varies. You will always see the exact cost and pricing breakdown before you confirm your booking.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe right through the app using your credit or debit card.
We’re currently self-pay only. If your insurance covers the service, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Yes. Every provider on House Call has their license verified and goes through a background check before joining.

Yes. You can add other addresses in your profile and choose the right one at checkout.

Just tap “Forgot Password,” enter your phone number or email, and follow the reset steps.
Yes. Open your appointment in the app, tap “Reschedule,” to look for a new time.
Open your appointment, tap “Cancel Appointment,” and it’ll move into your cancelled list for reference. You can always rebook with the same or a new provider.
Tap “Profile” in the app, then tap your name to edit your details anytime.
Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings and tap “Deactivate Account.”

Once you’ve submitted everything through Checkr, most results come back within 24 hours. As soon as you’re cleared, your profile goes live.
We keep it simple: a $10 platform fee per appointment, plus Stripe’s processing fee. You set your own prices and keep 100% of your service price.
Yes, you can add, remove, or edit services anytime in your profile.
Yes. Every provider completes a full background and license check before joining—our customers trust us to make sure they’re in good hands. Once you have submitted your profile, you'll get an email from Checkr with instructions to submit your background check and professional license.
Yes! Use the in-app chat to message your patient with any questions or instructions before the appointment.
