Getting Started with House Call The App as a Home Health Organization

House Call The App makes it easy for clinics, agencies, and healthcare providers to offer in-home care. Here’s how to get started in just a few steps: 

  1. Visit our website 
    Go to housecalltheapp.com and click on “Home Health Agencies”, then “Register Now.” 
  2. Fill out the registration form 
    Input the required information and click “Send Request.” 
  3. Check your email & complete onboarding form 
    You’ll receive an onboarding email with a form to complete. This form includes details like:
    1. Organization name 
    2. Address 
    3. A brief description 
  4. Wait for approval 
    Once accepted, you can proceed with onboarding. 
  5. Set your password 
    Create a secure password, and voilà—you’re in! Welcome to House Call. 
  6. Connect your Stripe account 
    Link your Stripe account to manage payments and subscriptions. 
  7. Add your services 
  8. Add Services: Choose a category, select the service type, input the service title, price, estimated time, and a brief description. Repeat until your full service list is added. 
  9. Add your team members 
  10. Go to ProvidersAdd Provider 
    1. Enter each team member’s name and email 
    2. Send them an invite 
  11. Invite providers to join 
    Providers will receive an invite email. By clicking the link, they can create an account linked to your organization. 

For Providers On Your Team

  1. Sign up via invitation email 
    • Open the app via organization email invite. 
    • Verify your email with the OTP code sent to your inbox. 
    • Create your password. 
  2. Build your profile 
    • Add your personal details (photo, bio, areas of expertise). 
    • Verify your phone number via OTP code. 
    • Input your billing address. 
    • Confirm your affiliation with the organization. 
  3. Add education and work details 
    Include relevant degrees and professional experience. 
  4. Set your service address 
    • Input your service address 
    • Add the services you will provide from your organization’s list 
    • Set the mile radius (how far you’re willing to travel for home visits) 
  5. Select Services 
    • Select services from your organization’s list 
    • Submit your profile for verification 
    • Complete background checks and professional license verification via automated email 
  6. Go live! 
    Once verified, you can: 
  7. Log in anytime to review and edit your profile 
  8. Add new services from your organization’s list 
  9. Set and update your availability by adding days and time ranges 

Tips for a Smooth Start

  • Double-check your email and phone during verification. 
  • Make sure all services and team members are added before going live. 
  • Keep your profile updated with new skills, availability, and services.
